Saved by God’s Grace

We all need God’s grace. Everyday. In fact, we all live in God’s grace whether we are aware of it or not. Our breath, waking up to a brand new day, food on the table, clean water, safe travels, our jobs, the ability to produce wealth, just to name a few.

Here you will find that this is not about how to live a perfect life or how to be a perfect follower of Christ. On the contrary, without God, I’m nothing at all. I’ve stumbled and fallen many, many, many times and yet He never stopped holding me at the palm of His hands.

As I share about my journey with the Lord and how He fills me daily with His grace, love and mercy, may you be filled with the truth that God, the creator of the universe, loves us without conditions. He desires to have a personal relationship with us. Though He is unseen, He is alive and real.

The decision is ours to make. Saying yes to Him is the best decision we will ever make in this life and beyond. And when we do make that decision, know that nothing in this world can ever separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus.

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.                                – Romans 8:38-39 NLT

He will never leave us nor forsake us and will help us finish the race as we fix our eyes on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from beginning to end.

I am neither a theologian nor a Bible expert. However, I am forgiven, accepted, loved and adopted as God’s child when His only Son, Jesus Christ took my place when He died on the cross and rose on the third day. I just want you to know that you too can receive this grace – for free!

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. – Ephesians 2: 8-9 NLT
